HomeRadiance Maids takes great care in selecting, vetting, and training each one of our cleaning professionals. Rest assured, you are receiving the finest home cleaning experts in the industry, all of whom are employed, bonded, and insured by HomeRadiance Maids.
Do I need to be home for you to come clean my house?
No. Our cleaning professionals operate during the standard working week, and most of our clients are not home when we arrive. In such instances, clients provide us with a spare key or a code for the door or garage, allowing us to securely access and lock up the premises once we have finished the cleaning.
What if something’s missed?
We are committed to providing a consistent and thorough cleaning each time we service your home. During our initial consultation, we will collaborate with you to identify any specific needs that go beyond our comprehensive Radiance Clean. Moreover, you have the flexibility to add special requests by reaching out to your dedicated cleaning professional before the scheduled service.
In the unlikely event that you find an essential aspect overlooked upon returning home, please contact your cleaning professional promptly. Addressing your concern is our priority, and we will rectify it as part of our Radiance Guarantee.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
No, there is no need to worry about supplies. We come prepared with all the necessary equipment and cleaning products to make your home shine radiantly. Once the job is done, we ensure to take all our supplies with us.
However, if you have specific preferences regarding the cleaning products or tools we use, feel free to communicate them to us. We are more than willing to adjust to meet your requirements to the best of our ability.
What if my scheduled clean falls on a holiday?
If your regularly scheduled cleaning appointment falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you to reschedule.
How often can you clean my home?
HomeRadiance Maids is pleased to provide cleaning services tailored to your schedule, offering weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions based on your unique cleaning requirements. Additionally, we offer one-time maid services for special occasions, move-in or move-out cleanings, holiday preparations, and many other situations.
We operate without binding contracts, allowing you the flexibility to modify your cleaning schedule according to your individual budget, time constraints, and cleaning preferences at any time.
Do your Mids accept tips?
While tipping is not a requirement, our team members are permitted to accept them.
Some of our clients choose to tip a small amount at the end of each service, while others opt to give a larger tip at the end of the year. Regardless of the amount or frequency, any tip is always greatly appreciated.
What should I do before HomeRadiance arrives?
There’s no need to handle the vacuuming before we come – that’s our job! However, to ensure the most efficient and successful cleaning, we kindly ask that you clear away any toys, clothing, or miscellaneous items before our arrival. Additionally, please secure your pets in a comfortable area to maintain their tranquility during our visit.
What if something’s damaged during a clean?
At HomeRadiance Maids, we handle every home we clean with the utmost care and respect. In the rare event that an item is damaged during the cleaning process, we make every effort to repair or replace it. Rest assured, our cleaning team is fully insured, facilitating the smooth processing of any necessary and justified claims.
What happens if someone’s injured in my home?
HomeRadiance Maids operates with full licensure and insurance, a standard that extends to all our cleaning professionals. This framework ensures that you can enjoy a stress-free cleaning service every time. In the rare event that a cleaning professional encounters an injury while servicing your property, our comprehensive insurance will handle the claim, safeguarding your peace of mind.
What if I need to reschedule?
We get it, unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you might need to reschedule your cleaning appointment – no worries! We just ask that you notify us at least 2 business days before your scheduled service so we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Please note that if we are informed with less than 2 business days’ notice, or if we are unable to access your home at the time of the scheduled cleaning, HomeRadiance Maids will have to charge the full amount for the scheduled cleaning service.
Can I provide special instructions?
Absolutely, we welcome it! Your preferences are vital in helping us deliver the cleaning service that your home truly deserves.
We kindly request that you convey any special requests, whether they are one-time or recurring, directly to your local HomeRadiance Maids office instead of individual cleaning professionals. This ensures that we document this information in your file, allowing any member of our team who visits your home to be aware of and adhere to your preferences.
Do you always send the same team?
At HomeRadiance Maids, we prioritize sending the same team to service your home each time to maintain a consistent level of cleanliness according to your preferences. In the event that a team member is unavailable for your scheduled session, we make every effort to find a replacement who is just as capable.
Rest assured, all our team members receive comprehensive training to ensure they deliver a uniform, meticulous standard of cleaning every time.
Can pets be home during a cleaning?
Yes – we are big fans of all pets! However, if your pet tends to be aggressive, we recommend securing them in a safe area while our team is present to ensure everyone’s safety.
If you won’t be home during our visit, please provide us with instructions on how to navigate around your pet while we carry out the cleaning service.
